FootPrint Healthcare Solutions is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children in all placements we facilitate. We expect all candidates and placed workers to uphold the highest standards of safeguarding practice. Any safeguarding concerns arising from a placement must be reported immediately to the relevant statutory authority and to FootPrint Healthcare Solutions. We follow relevant legislation and statutory guidance including the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Keeping Children Safe in Education (where applicable). Our safeguarding commitment is non-negotiable.

All client and candidate information is treated with strict confidentiality. Staff placed by FootPrint Healthcare Solutions are required to maintain confidentiality of all service user information in line with their placement organisation's policies and professional standards. We do not share client or service user details beyond what is necessary for the proper administration of a placement. Candidates are required to sign confidentiality agreements as part of their onboarding process.

FootPrint Healthcare Solutions operates to the following recruitment standards for all placements: • All candidates undergo identity verification and right-to-work checks before any placement • Enhanced DBS checks are obtained for all roles involving vulnerable adults or children • A minimum of two professional references are obtained and verified • Candidates' qualifications and training certificates are verified where applicable • Candidates are assessed for their suitability to work in healthcare environments We do not place any worker who has not completed the required compliance checks.

All roles facilitated by FootPrint Healthcare Solutions that involve work with vulnerable adults or children require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This applies to all new workers regardless of previous DBS history. We are a registered DBS employer and can process checks on behalf of candidates where required. Candidates who are already subscribed to the DBS Update Service may present their current certificate for review. All DBS documentation is handled in accordance with DBS code of practice requirements.

FootPrint Healthcare Solutions takes all complaints seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise your concern promptly. Step 2: We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. Step 3: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory or professional body. All complaints are logged, investigated fairly, and used to improve our service.
